+ The Ocean County Coin Club will meet at 7:30 p.m. March 1 (education), March 15 (coin auction), at the Point Pleasant Beach Fire House on Arnold and St. Louis avenues in Point Pleasant Beach. Education and coin auctions will take place at the meetings. No admission charge. All are welcome. A free coin auction for juniors will be held at 6:45 p.m. before each meeting.

Juvenile offenders to transfer to Cheyenne youth facility
To continue to meet federal juvenile justice guidelines, the county commissioners voted Tuesday to send nearly 40 juvenile offenders who have been in the detention center to a youth correctional facility in Cheyenne.

Three bound over in fatal stabbing of Chuckey man
