TOLEDO -- A Toledo teen is locked up in the juvenile jail, accused of committing several crimes in the middle of the night. Police say the 16-year-old boy broke into a home in the 700 block of Amelia Street and tried to rape a young girl.

A 12-year old boy had been tied to his bedpost at the Meerut Medical College after being tested HIV positive. He had been sent to a juvenile jail in Meerut in April after committing a robbery. But he was tested HIV positive last week.
